Completed in 2008, One Museum Park East (OMPE) is the tallest, solely residential building in America, this award-winning 1,000,000 SF, 65-story crown jewel in Museum Park Campus provides the anchor of the southern architectural face of Grant Park in Chicago.  Consisting of 289 condominiums with 467 parking spaces, the design, construction and turnover of this luxury high-rise was directed and managed by Mr. Groesbeck on behalf of GP1 LLC.
