The Argent Group, LLC gained distinction of being the pioneer developer of the Clybourn Corridor with this project. The retail center recently refinanced for an appraised value of $11,500,000 representing a 100% return on cost. The market-rate townhomes sold individually for a total of $12,000,000.  Mr. Matthew’s authorship of the PMD policy for the City of Chicago was instrumental in transforming the old industrial Clybourn Avenue corridor into the upscale retail, commercial and residential corridor that it is today.
